List Your Property on Nivaasika
Thank you for choosing Nivaasika to list your property. Please follow the instructions below to submit your property details.
Step 1: Prepare Your Property Details
Before sending your submission, please keep the following information ready:
• Owner Name
• Contact Number
• Complete Property Address
• Property Type and Size (in square feet)
• Expected Price or Rent
• Amenities and Features
• Clear Property Photos
• Property Video Link (optional)
Providing complete and accurate information helps us review and publish your listing faster.
Step 2: Listing Fee
To publish your property on Nivaasika, a listing fee of ₹100 is applicable.
Step 3: Make the Payment
Please pay ₹100 using the provided QR Code. ( Sandeep Kumar )
After successful payment, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation.
Step 4: Send Your Details
Email all the required information to:
nivaasika@gmail.com
Please include:
• All property details
• Property photos
• Property video link (if available)
• Payment screenshot as proof
Step 5: Review and Approval
Your property will be reviewed after payment verification.
Once verified, your listing will be published on Nivaasika.

• Listing will be activated only after payment verification.
